Once I got to the doctor the visit was excellent. But I had a lot of trouble getting the virtual visit going. It took a couple of tries to get the connection and then, since I was using the Firefox web browser on a Mac, my camera didn't work. (The camera had always worked with Zoom calls.) I had to switch to Google Chrome browser to solve the camera problem. All of this took about 30 minutes to sort through the technical morass.
Quick and easy. On time and done in 10 minutes. Didn't have to sit in a waiting room with sick people.
The process was very simple. The Dr. I saw was very attentive and helped me so much! Thank you!
