It was nice to have a virtual option. Not having to get dressed and come in to wait in a lobby, when you don't feel good and you know the doctor doesn't need vitals or toughing to help you was great. However, this is not a higher rating because the technology was lacking. My appointmentwaa at 10:40am. It took several attempts for the Dr. to link due to no volume. He finally had to call my husband's phone to talk to me and then view my issue from my cell. Not very efficient.

Quick and efficient. Prescription was immediately sent to my pharmacy so I could pick up my antibiotics rather quickly. Only downside is that I had to wait over 10 minutes for the doctor to join the call.
