It was my first time doing a virtual visit so I didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. The doctor I spoke to was thorough and knew immediately what I needed. It was a great experience and I would do it again if needed.
I was very pleased with the doctor's knowledge and assessment of my concern. I am disappointed that the NP misdiagnosed my problem during the in person appointment last Wednesday, August 1.
