The provider listened to me. I gave information on what I had been taking and doing to try to feel better. All in all, it was important to me that she listened and believed me. It was a two way street conversation. I do not feel well, at all, and she did not downplay anything that I said. I appreciate that. I was not able to go to IMA for an in-person appointment and the virtual appointment was a Godsend.
So helpful! Easy to book. Prompt attention. Warm provider. If we didn’t know exactly what we needed, we would have made an in person visit.
