I was surprised at how easy it was to set up a virtual appointment. I could see and talk with the provider, and sound quality was fine. I wanted a virtual appointment because I'm already ill and didn't want to maybe catch the flu sitting in a waiting room. The provider was able to assess me and call in the prescription to my pharmacy. I would definitely recommend this service.
