I had a Virtual Visit with Cassidy Hood today. She really listened to my symptoms and prescribed me medication to help relieve my problems. I appreciated her professionalism and kindness towards me through the whole experience! She was awesome!!!Ā

Mother is 91 years old and presenting with a UTI. She has frequent UTIās and I am familiar with how she presents. These symptoms came on suddenly and she was unable to walk and was very disoriented. The provider listened to us and assisted us with medication so my mother would not have to suffer through the night. So very thankful for her kind assistance.Ā
