I have had a lingering cough and my doctor couldn’t see me quickly. So I T tied Prisma Urgebt Care. It was 6:45 and they were closing soon. I was feeling so badly that I saw I could do a telehealth. Meaghan was wonderful. Asked me lots of questions. She said my lingering cough is really bronchitis and called in some medicine. I feel better already!

The Virtual visit started at exactly 1:36 PM, which was the time I was given. The doctor was friendly, attentive, and seemed to take my personal feelings with great consideration. We were on the phone for approximately 4 to 5 minutes, and the doctor Was able to answer my questions and wrote me a prescription for a strong antibiotic .
