Nurse practitioner was extremely nice and caring.
Quick and efficient for what I needed to be seen for.
Great it was nice not having to bundle up and go out when you sick
Listened to my concerns
I received the medications that I needed to treat my infection. However, I was disappointed in the level of care of the FNP. As a fellow nurse, the interview lacked appropriate questions to fully diagnose my condition. Regarding medication therapy, no patient education was provided. Only questions about which pharmacy to send it to were asked.

I’ve had a bad stomach virus, and contacted Prisma Urgent Care for a virtual visit. The PA was right on time, and very kind and helpful. She immediately sent over a prescription for nausea. I couldn’t ask for more.
