On time and efficient.
I had technical difficulties at first but the Prisma team (especially Nance) was amazing and helped me through my problems, even rescheduling my appointment by about 20 minutes for me so I had time to resolve my issues. The virtual appointment was quick and I recorded the help I needed. Great experience, 11/10 service.
nurse practitioner Katie was awesome. She was collaborative and she was thorough. I was very happy to be able to have a virtual visit and get the treatment that I needed.
