Overall good experience. NP was on time and thorough. I would suggest not advertising that walk-ins are welcome. It suggests that this facility is more for ER when it's really more for "same day" visits by appointment. I witnessed several customers coming in wanting to be seen as a walk-in, but when they were told that the wait was 4-6 hours most left without scheduling anything.
