I belong to the Prisma Health system. I am glad I didnt need help for my eyes or brain cells because I had to enter all my (known) info into the computer and take pics of my cards and typing the code back and forth from alpha to numerical was an outright pain. Having said that the nurse practioner and the "zoom" interface worked well. She was very helpful. Thank you for being there.
