Aaron did awesome. Great experience up until closing day. I was informed that an appraisal document would keep us from closing as planned. I feel like this was untrue. We rescheduled for the next day. I sat at the law office for four hours. Still didn’t close that day. Was informed multiple times the “papers” are on the way. This was also untrue. Joe was great, wish I could get a quicker answer from UW on PRMG overlay, especially when it was easily overcome by assets in file (reserves). Took days to get an answer on something that should have taken 30 minutes. If you have overlays, and don't underwrite directly to findings, you need a better way to help in those situations

To be clear, I had a WONDERFUL experience with Kathleen. She really gave AMAZING service. But I had a VERY unpleasant experience with PRMG and the whole process. I feel like PRMG is very sneaky by only requesting a few docs at the beginning but then requesting a never ending stream of more, and more and more. It was exhausting. TJ is amazing and helped save a deal with a buyer. This buyer was in contract to purchase a home and had some assets in Bitcoin (coinbase). This is a new type of asset to have and the original lender the buyer was working with did not know how to handle this. The original lender was not able to perform and I reached out to TJ for help. She knew exactly what to do and brought everyone involved in the transaction together to work as a team. TJ was able to close this transaction for everyone!!
