The length of time it took to get the loan and the wait for an appraiser was beyond ridiculous. It was also horrible the repeated request for so many documents.

Yes, finding appraisers in more rural areas can be challenging sometimes. That is always a time problem when you can't get an appraiser to go to a property without charging a ridiculous fee. We must try and do our best job to find you the right price with the least headaches. Love your place and so happy you're enjoying it every day.

The overall experience was great except for the initial underwriter, Annemarie Roth. Annemarie, left the file in ruins and nothing was done correctly to move the file along. Annemarie is not a underwriter PRMG wants on their staff, she does the bare minimum just to get by. PRMG should consider releasing this individual as she was the main reason why this file took 3 months to close! I am thankful the file was reassigned to a different underwriter otherwise this file would have never closed.

i do alot of loans with pmrg, i was asked to do 45 day locks but now my files are taking at least 1 month after submission to be looked at. all banks underwriting is slow right now but none as slow as pmrg!!!!! mark sperling
