They were great and came the day I called them. Very professional and fast.
Joe took time to explain what he was doing and why. He also gave me information about my wood stove that I hadn't previously known. The business was responsive, arrived on schedule, used high quality parts, was efficient in their work. All in all a good experience--and they supply a great, transferrable warranty on their work.
Called before they arrived to let us know their ETA. Showed up in the time bracket they said. Performed quality work.

Had to come out for a cleaning, was extremely satisfied, highly recommend on time, and very punctual I believe it was the owners son his name was Joe.
