we explained what was wrong with the fireplace and it was repaired within two hours. one of the gentlemen even helped by putting the glass doors back on the fireplace.
The cleaning of my direct vent gas fireplace went well. Since I had indicated there was a problem with it lighting though I would have expected a more thorough investigation following the cleaning but no effort was made on their part to check that it was working until I mentioned that I wanted to test it before they left.
