I've had great experiences with Pro-Tech Chimney services for a few years now. They are professional and do a great job. They also do a great job with communication and follow up. They did a great job on some repairs and also come out once a year to do a thorough maintenance. Use them!

Had them come out for an estimate on a few issues we have been experiencing that nobody else could figure out. Pro Tech said they had the fix and said they Guarantee it would draft correctly and not smoke any more. Well I gotta say he knew what he was doing because sure enough first fire and no smoke, no smell! It great to have our fireplace up and running again thanks to Joe from Pro-Tech!

It was easy to schedule but was difficult to actually get them to come. There were some obstacles and not once. But customer service took care of it nicely.

The were fast and curteous and did the work without trying to sell me anymore than I needed. That being said they were only there for an hour so it was a little more expensive for the time on site. Otherwise I'm satisfied with the work.

If you are looking for chimney repairs, save yourself time and money and call Pro-Tech. I needed a chimney certification to sell my house and 2 other dishonest companies told me I needed a new liner which would have cost me a few thousand dollars. Pro-Tech came out and advised I did not need a new liner, just a minor repair and sweep. They did the job on the spot and saved me thousands! I highly recommend them to everyone!
