Today, it's 113 degrees in las vegas and my AC went out. I called progress and requested a technician come out to help. Initially, the 3rd party service vendor was rude to me about scheduling time, and I was given the option for a portable ac unit. I explained how that wouldn't suffice due to my current condition. I reluctantly accepted the portable ac unit and waited for someone from progress to drop it off. 10 mins after making that request, RICK from progress showed up with his tools in hand ready to FIX my AC. I don’t ever give 5 stars to anyone but Mike Dunworth was definitely worth giving 5 stars to. He’s committed to doing things the write way. I was very impressed with the amount of coordination he has. There was no effort needed from me- he handled everything flawlessly. Dunworth has proven the expertise and value he brings. Mike Dunworth is probably the best handyman in town. Super attentive I wasn’t scared to ask questions. I thought I was going to wait hours for someone and he arrived a few minutes before I got there. He was there for roughly about five minutes and solved multiple problems I had with the house. He was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. I asked questions and he had solutions to everything. Seriously, Thanks soo much Mr. Dunworth! We need more handymen like you!!

I had a great experience with Progress Residential. I rented in March 2019. The home was completely renovated and there were a couple of issues with their hooking up of the kitchen faucet and a cabinet drawer that was off and they came and corrected before I even moved in. During the 13 months I lived there I had to place one work order for the gas fireplace and it was handled quickly and professionally.
