Jeff was awesome. Fixed both our sink and dishwasher and advised on further things we can do to keep washer running properly. Jeff did it all with professional and friendly attitude. We cannot recommend Jeff any higher. We give him the highest rating possible.
We turned our A/C on for the first time today and it was not cooling. I submitted a work order and had Erick and Roman out here the same day. Fixed in less than an hour. Both of them came with a great attitude and ready to help!
Had to submit a couple of work orders for our property and Eric and Roman were the ones to come out and help. They did an amazing job! So thankful that they resolved our issues quickly and efficiently. They also provided some knowledge to prevent future mishaps from happening. Thanks guys!
Arielle and Jay were awesome! They addressed the issues I had submitted as well as some I had forgotten & others I had questions about. We’re already scheduled next week for repair that we couldn’t complete today. Definitely above and beyond imo. I thought this company cared about its renters, they do not. They would rather process an eviction than give us 4 extra days to pay the rest of our rent. They took a partial payment and still won't work with us for the rest. My mother is on the lease. She is an 80 year old disabled veteran that is on oxygen and near bed bound. I tried explaining this to progress, and they didn't care. Don't be fooled. They say they care and want to help, but their actions say otherwise
