Dr. Durr is great! My kids and I have been coming to him for almost 5 years now and we love him and his staff! The ladies in the front office is always professional and very friendly!
Dr. Durr does good work along with his hygienist there. Unfortunately, his front desk does not display great customer service. There have been times when wrong information has been given and never has there been a time they apologized. Also, I am seen as a dollar sign more than a customer or a welcomed guest. I was told that I could be scheduled for a deep cleaning and a crown. Once I was told how much I would have to pay for both, I chose the the lesser one to schedule, which was my deep cleaning. If you're trying to find a great Dentist this is the place Dr. Robert Durr and his staff are awesome plus you will come out feeling special!
For me it's always a pleasure going to see Dr Durr and staff. He's been my dentist now for over 15 years. Of the many issues I've had in the past he's corrected them and I'm still smiling.
The office is very helpful. My appointment had to be rescheduled. After some confusion I was offered a dental plan for one year that was cheaper than the one service I was to receive that day. Dr Durr completed his portion of my dental visit that day. I had to reschedule with the dental hygienist.
