Rebecca Arnold spoke to my husband first about an available apartment. I had to come on Saturday the property manager came and assisted us. She was very helpful and professional. She explained the prices and availability. It is a clean well kept community.
We love living here! The community is beautiful and landscaping is always well taken care of. The maintenance team is extremely responsive, and usually done within the hour. The actual apartment themselves are very spacious and quiet. The front office team, specifically Noemi, has been amazing to work with, always extremely responsive and helpful. Nothing but the best things to say all around!!
Uptight leasing staff refuses to hold items and baggage for residents very uncooperative and hard to reach although the property may be decent the experience with staff and communication as well as any difficulty receiving items when I'm at work makes things very difficult would not recommend living here as everything is a complete chore to get anything done and if I have any critical shipments and or lost items returned to me I take great discomfort in the fact that I know the leasing staff will not be there to assist me
My wife and I have lived in this community for nearly three years now since we relocated to the Charlotte area. I couldn’t be happier with our choice, the staff has always been wonderful and attentive, the community and amenities are beautiful, and the apartment itself is laid out well and is very spacious. It has felt like home since the first day. We’re blessed with great neighbors here as well, always a friendly wave and a smile and a “Hey, how are you?”.
I have lived here for a while and raised my children here too, it’s a nice and friendly place to live. It has good schools nearby and is accessible to shopping centers and the highway. The managing team and maintenance staff in the neighborhood are very nice and solve problems fast. The neighborhood has a nice clubhouse too.
