I’ve been to a TON of gyms across the county. This is in the top 1 percent of gyms I’ve been to in terms of equipment variety, cleanliness, and amenities. Can’t recommend this gym enough.
Because of my job, I travel throughout the southeast. I have never seen a nicer gym. This downtown Proof gym location has it all. Great customer service, a person is always cleaning, modern equipment and a great stereo system throughout the gym. I highly recommend this gym.
I love this gym. Have been coming here for 6.5 years and it’s great if you live downtown. There’s plenty of space and rooms to go do your own thing. The women’s locker room had a sauna and it’s my favorite way to finish a workout, mostly in the wintertime
I’ve been coming to Proof since May 2022 (though I did briefly come for a few visits when you first opened!) I brag to all my friends and co-workers that Proof is the best gym in Lexington because of the people working there. Everyone is so kind and they create a very welcoming and positive environment to workout in. One person stands out in particular, Jordan at the front desk.
