Great gym experience but shady business practices. I had a Proof membership. When I moved houses, I attempted to cancel it in October. I was told I had a year contract and my membership would automatically discontinue in March 2018 if I did not renew my contract. I was then charged for the months of March and April, so I called again when I noticed the charges and was told to leave my name and phone number for a manager to call. I never received a call. RecommendedSo I have a question for anyone who sees this. I use to be a proof member. I love everything about the club. But lately I been trying to contact you all about a email promotion. Yet all I get is silence. Yet the promotion is going to end tomorrow. And I won’t be able to get the right information to better help me out. To make a decision nor be able to get the promotion if I choose to get it. Why send a email when no one wants to help
This gym charges an exceptional amount of money for incredibly poor service. I just wasted over 30 minutes waiting for a manager to open the downtown location. This is insane because I pay to use this gym and get up specifically to do my workout before I go to my job. The person who gets paid to get here on time can’t seem to do that. Save your money.
Missing hex squat equipment that is used almost every day! Please bring back to main st location. Tired of playing scavenger hunt at proof.
