The property manager, Beth Palmer, is extremely rude and very hostile. Twice she accused me of not paying my fees and I had to get proof of payment from my bank. Even though I provided her with proof of payment, she hired a lawyer to threaten to put a lien on my house. Thankfully, once I provided proof of payment to the lawyer, he did not proceed with the lien.
