Project was windows and sliding glass doors and it took over a year due to supply issues. Very poor communication re when supplies would arrive and project begin. Once project started, poor communication continued with damaged product arriving. Phone calls and emails not returned. Project finally completed and the installations were done well. Darrell was awesome and we were always grateful when he arrived. He is an expert installer with great customer skills.
PRC did an excellent job of installing a new asphalt shingle roof on our home. Our home's roof is unusual with many different angles and pitches and levels. Since we moved into this home 20 years ago we have continually had problems with the roof leaking. We have had the roof completely replaced at least 4 times. PRC is the only company of the 4 that actually created a roof that does not leak. PRC just completed my project for new impact windows and sliding glass door, which I contracted a year ago. There were frustrating delays, but not due to any fault of the company. . . I am very satisfied with the attention to detail, attention to all my questions and concerns, and the quality of workmanship. Everyone has been diligent to make me a satisfied customer. And I mean everyone!

I chose to have 4 windows replaced during the COVID pandemic. I have to be honest, the process took longer than I had hoped, but, that was no result of the company itself. They could not have been more apologetic. The bottom line is, I would highly recommend PCR for any future work. As a matter of fact, will probably be replacing two more windows in the near future. Special shout out to Casey for his professionalism. The work was done beautifully and the windows look fabulous.

Was being bullied by my insurance company to have a substandard repair done to my roof. I needed an honest and knowledgeable roofer to provide advice on what needed to be done to fix the roof and on how to deal with a heavy handed insurance company.
