Over all shipment of my order was great. Order showed up when it was supposed to. I didn't give a five star rating due to the fact there could've been a little more information on the installation of the wiring diagram. Just had to do a little internet surfing. Other then that. Great!
product was not what i expect lower bolt bracket was to thin had to put washer onto keep bolt from pulling through plastic
Ordered headlights for my truck. Was not aware or told that I would had to make mods to put the lights in. Had to send back. So sad. Also sad for the 20 percent restocking fee. The tail lights however fit perfectly and look GREAT! Customer rep Ashley was a huge help. The only other negative is waiting forever for someone to answer. Love my new tail lights!

Great Product, Fast delivery, Install videos were very helpful. The install was about 1 hour and without issue. I would use ProTuningLab.com again.
Customer service was excellent and the ease of ordering was excellent. Where I took away a star was the fact that your company due to moving allowed fedex to not pickup for 3 business days due to a miscommunication which delayed mine as well as other orders. Someone should have gotten on FedEx the first day shipments weren't picked up. Other than this I was extremely pleased with pro tuning labs for my order.
