Everything was ok, however the installation instructions could have been improved.
Item required minor modification to fit application. Was not expressed in item details on site.
I must say that I am pleased with the timely delivery of the product and really find the look of the lights intriguing. The only issue I have is that after I completed the install which is not easy, one of the halo bulbs doesn't work. I contacted sales support and the representative immediately ensured me that I didn't have to remove the lights to send back and that the company will rush out me a set of bulbs. I greatly appreciate the service and will be purchasing much more in the near future.

It took them several days to respond to email questions and the Federal Express Tracking did not work. Other than those two issues, everything else went OK.
