This is my second order with protuning lab and both time the shipments been delayed even that they stated in stock when ordered! But good customer service and good prices! I will return to order!

The original item I ordered was out of stock and it took them 3 days to let me know which upset me a little but then I talked to a representative and switched out the items for a different one That was in stock and that process was very smooth. Now I'm just waiting for a tracking number for the item I exchanged. Overall very pleased.

I receive my headlights on time and didn't have to much of a problem with communication. It does seem like their phones are tied up all the time, but I was able to get through and get my questions answered. I could've gone to other sites for the lights I wanted, but for the price it was at I had to take a chance and I'm glad I did.
