I love the work Dr. Paulen did ! She gave me up front pricing and a plan that gave me the look I desired . She has a great staff and welcoming atmosphere . She is a great dentist and I would tell anybody to come to her practice . I'm beyond happy and thankful for what she has done for my smile
Amazing service. I fell while traveling overseas and badly damaged 4 teeth. Dr. Paulen was able to see me quickly and install 4 caps. They feel great - I have to remember that they are not my natural teeth.
Dr. Paulen and her staff are so friendly, professional, and efficient! I love the hygienist. Also, the equipment is superb, definitely the latest and greatest!
I woke up in the middle of the night with a horrible toothache, and ended up showing up to Proudsmiles, without an appointment, AND about 15 minutes before they opened in desperation and pain. They immediately took AMAZING care of me, true lifesavers! The staff was awesome, from the hugs to the medical treatment and consultation. She even called me later that evening to check on me. Amazing service! You won't be disappointed.
Dr. Paulen performed services in a professional and caring manner. In addition, she was concerned for my comfort during treatment. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming. I especially like that the bathroom is equipped with with disposable toothbrushes.
Dr. Paulen and her staff are worth more than words can ever express. From my very first conversation on the phone I felt like they cared and understood me as an individual. Prior to becoming part of the Dr. Paulen family, I did not think there was any hope. Thanks to the entire team I found my smile again. Just left an amazing appointment here. Visiting from out of town and had an issue come up. Dr. Paulen and her staff were amazing. Not only was the dental work itself first class, the staff and all of the assistants were friendly and welcoming. The office is nice, the equipment in great shape, and the service A+. They even provided me with nice headphones to help pass the time. When my 'minor' issue got complicated, Dr Paulen kept me informed, and took unplanned time to go an extra mile to ensure
