They make it a joy to go to the dentist! Everyone is so friendly and courteous! A couple of years ago, I fell and chipped a tooth. I chose to live with it, but they keep an eye on it and x-ray it whenever I go in just to be sure it's healthy. I've never had to wait long at all. I'm so glad a co-worker suggested I go here for dental care. Even on a rainy day, they make you smile!
I’ve been a patient here for a few years and am so very pleased with the staff and dentists. They are very friendly and I have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for my appointment. And the dentist is always prompt after my cleaning is complete. I’ve never had a procedure recommended that I didn’t need. Overall they have my complete trust to the point that I’ve recommended family members to this practice.
My husband and I have been using this practice since it opened and in all these years neither of us have ever had a single negative experience. They are always prompt, accommodating, friendly, sympathetic, caring, gentle and professional. Their work is excellent and I trust their skills. From the front staff to the hygienists, to the dental aids and the dentists themselves... this is a great group of people! In my opinion, they make going to the dentist a very pleasant experience.
Staff members are always friendly and pleasant. I have never been kept waiting for an appointment. Amazing for a dentist office! They don’t rush you either. They do a thorough job and still manage to stay on schedule. Love this place.
I had a dental emergency and Providence Family Dental was able to squeeze me in that day, even though they were full. All the staff is friendly knowledgable and attentive. Going to the dentist can be stressful, but they do a great job of making you feel welcome and relaxed.
Love this place! The best dentist office I have ever been to. The staff is personable and willing to help anyway they can. The dentists are obsolutely the coolest ever. Thanks again for being so flexible with my schedule and fixing my front tooth on a whim!
