Since becoming a patient at PFC, I no longer dread going to the dentist. I’ve been a dental patient with them approximately6-7yrs. I’ve never had a bad experience there. Providence Family Care is made up of a wonderful team of dentists and staff. They truly care about your well being and dental needs. It’s always a pleasure to visit their office. Love that they are conveniently located too.
Today January 24, I returned to Providence Dental so that Dr. Mayo could take care of a tooth discovered chipped on my last visit. In the process a cavity was discovered. The problem was handled thoroughly and in a timely manner. And I might add almost painlessly. I was able to have afternoon coffee with a Danish as if I had not been to the dentist today. Thank you! I can truthfully say that PFD can help to remove any fears anyone has about dentistry. Both dentists are caring and supportive of their patients.The support staff is truly outstanding as well. I appreciate especially the prompt and accurate assessment of needs that are offered at PFD. In addition, it seems obvious that they do not seek to sell additional dentistry but do that which is necessary and helpful to the client. Providence Family Dental provides excellent care from two outstanding dentists and a remarkable staff.
They are professional, friendly and very accommodating. Every time I have had an emergency they have always been able to work me in around my crazy schedule. The front office and the hygienists are always helpful and make you feel at ease. I never have to wait for my scheduled appointment. I am in and out in no time. I would highly recommend Dr Mayo and Dr Persaud
