After a day of touring apartments all day, Providence Place was the last stop. We toured various locations around town, and none of the leasing agents were as kind and welcoming than Rita. She showed us around the complex and answered all of our questions. It took us a few days to decide the floor plan we wanted, but she was understanding and had great patience. I am glad that we went with Providence Place! Also, Billy the Dachshund and his owner Chris, one of the maintenance staff guys, are an added bonus!

We have not moved in, but this review is strictly for Rita Martinez in the leasing office. She was SO kind, attentive, and personable. Her tour with us was one that we will hold all others too. She was able to answer all of our questions and them some. She is an asset to the Management Team at Providence Place. Her bright personality and demeanor made us feel like we were cared about and not just ones to be sold into an apartment. I look forward to speaking to her again in the future.

Providence Place is the perfect location in Huntsville to live if you want to be close to great restaurants as well as easy and quick access to all points in the city. Don’t let my 4/5 star rating mislead you into thinking this place is not good. It is fantastic. The 1BR with attached garage that I have is very spacious. The layout flows very well. Jessica was absolutely amazing! I scheduled an appointment using the virtual assistant and there was a mix up with the system, however her professionalism quickly squashed my frustration with the mix up. Although it was near closing she wasn't rushing me and explained the application process and went through each floor plan based on my needs. The property is well kept and I loved the unit. Thank you again Jessica, Providence is lucky to have you.

The move in process was as straight forward as you can ask for. Jessica had everything sported out the day I arrived! Super easy. The apartment itself is very comfortable, with plenty of room.
