Not only have they fixed a few items that were overlooked in preparing the apartment for us but they have been most helpful in giving us good advice on how to make our stay more pleasant and trouble free. We have been here almost a year. We really like the area and our new home. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful, but no matter where you live there are always people that think rules don't apply to them. We like the feel of small city living and the ability to walk to restaurants. The maintenance crew here Danny, Craig, James, Eric and James are great guys. They are quick to respond and capable of solving the problem.

Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are conveniently located near really good restaurants and walking areas, and with how close Research Park Blvd is, I could get almost anywhere in Huntsville quickly (AND avoid University Drive). The campus is always kept clean and well maintained.

I lived here nearly two years. I had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and without need of follow up. All of the maintenance crew were friendly and top notch. The office staff was always friendly and helpful, too. Anna is great to deal with in the office. I never heard much noise from neighbors. I absolutely love living here! Very spacious, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood with balcony never goes wrong. Plus the staff here are amazing! They take care of things right away after I give them a call or shoot them an email- even on weekends, which is very convenient. Another thing I love about living at Providence Place is that residents here get good deals on restaurants in the neighborhood. I would say that I am very fortunate to live in a place that I enjoy very much, every day, at Providence Place. =)
