Love it I do love this item and most of my complaints are pretty small. Very useful.

Good labels but drains batteries and wastes tape I have had this for a while, and I love it when I use it. However, there are 2 things that bring down it’s rating for me. 1) It drains the batteries even when it’s powered off. I do not understand this issue. I put fresh batteries in and use it a few times. I come back a few days later, and the batteries are dead. And you have to lay extra for an adapter. 2) It wastes SO much tape when it prints. So many options, just read the directions To everyone who's complaining about the margins I attached a picture of the particular area in the directions that tells you how to adjust margin size. It's not that difficult. As far as a product review is concerned, this thing is amazing, super easy to learn how to use it, and so many options, from display brightness to maximum label size.
