User Friendly and Easy to Use! I love this label maker. It’s really user friendly and easy to use. Needing 6 batteries seems like a lot but I usually keep it plugged in so it’s not using battery power. There are lots of lots of complaints about wasted label tape but it’s really not that much. And I’ve never had a label maker that didn’t have some excess. You can buy tape refills that are generic and cheaper but still compatible with this brand and model. Good machine, price, save for all the wasted label material! Overall, a good label printer. BUT, Brother needs to do something, anything, about the amount of unused label material that is just wasted! 1 inch before and after a word or phrase, come on Brother? ¹/4 of each new cassette is basically trash! It's not the label printer, it is the programming by Brother. It can very easily be fixed, but why? When all it does is force ther consumer to buy more label cassettes.
