Price was good and decent quality Label maker is small and works without problems. It's not fancy. And doesn't provide many options but it works for me to print labels for my clients
Works great and is cheap This machine can help calm the OCD-monsters. I am a big fan of printed lables and this machine is great. Tape is cheap and also easy to use. White tape with black letters is the best tape for readability.

LCD screen quality is horrible and making adjustments to the LCD doesn't help I compared this to an older Brother PTH100 handheld model and by comparison the screen quality on this new model is greatly diminished. You basically have to be in a really well lit room and staring at just the right angle to see the text. The screen is cool-toned and not "greenish" like the PTHD400 model which also has really bad LCD quality. Good product Limited to 2 size of print, but good in general
Be patient. I had to buy another labeler because mine was so old I was having a difficult time finding tape. I picked up another Brother. I am still working out the kinks. I don't know if it's a little difficult to use, or I am not tech savy.
