Excellent I love this Label Maker, it's very easy to make labels, A lot templates and options for all industry.

Great deal Great price point and great product. I purchased two of these for use in the office and at home. Found them both to be very useful and function as described. I would highly suggest purchasing the AC adapter though as my units did not come with them and I thought that they would be included. On the side of the box it does indicate that the adapter needs purchased separately. I do not think I would have paid full price for this but having received a very good discount / black Friday deal it was well worth it.
Great product Works as described. Prints fast. Nice variety of fonts and preloaded styles.

Terrible Product I've used many models of Brother label makers but this one is so basic and problems that it is unusable.
Tape Ripoff The PTD400 is basically OK but if you want to print a single label, as probably many users would want to do, the unit requires using twice as much tape as necessary. Seems likeit's the mfg's plan to sell more of the expensive (money-making) tapes. They claim it is because of the tape cutting mechanism design. Their great model PT2100 never had this problem!
label printer Display hard to see. Instructions print too small and overall a total disappointment. I took it back.
yep lot of wasted tape. probably so you can buy more $20 tape.
