Works great I needed to replace one of my label makers that was useless (I had purchased it at Sam's) This model is great in every way. I know people complain about the waste of tape but for me is a small price to pay. I enjoy using it for all kinds of jobs. Never get tired of knowing what is in a box or drawer.

Brother P Touch This machine is a good product... but I wanted to return it because it is way more than I need. The tape it takes in too wide for my use. However when I tried to return it apparently it isn't eligible for return...unfortunately for me. Read all the info on it before buying don't make the same mistake I made.=( Love the adapter feature but not the wide tape.
