Very easy to use right out of the box Just insert a tape cartridge and start typing. Nice clear print, Best too plan out all the labels you need to print so you don't waste too much tape at the ends.
Definitely got my money’s worth I use it for my lashes and makeup @myamakeover on instagram. I love it ❤️

Great little machine The keyboard does take a bit of getting accustomed, but Brother has kept that consistent over the years so it works very much like my old one. The biggest single improvement was the scored back on the labels, it's much easier now to remove the backing.
Attractive labels I like the functions of this updated version that enhance the appearance of the labels. Easy load and unload ink cartridges and setup.
Amazing customer service! The label maker I purchased worked great at first but when I encountered a problem, I did not know what to do. So I called Customer Service and within a few min of trying to fix the issue, the Service offered to send a replacement maker which astonishingly arrived the next day! Thank you!!
Needs clearer instructions Instructions difficult to understand. Hard to figure out. Great after learning how to use.
