works well good quality really a nice machine and works great, called the service center on the paper work asked the lady how to get it to print vertical and she said it does not, dumb S_it, kept playing with the key and found that it will print vertical, nothing like stupid people.
Good printer Seems to work well, a bit complicated and the tape is a bit of a issue because in order to not have large gaps, you need to know what you're doing. But otherwise its a good product.

Some problems, big step back This is an ok label maker but it has some issues. The first is the overly complicated user interface that doesn't make it very clear what exactly your output will look like. There is no way to set vertical alignment except to add additional lines. The cutter is manual as opposed to previous version with an automatic cutter. Grandaddy of Label Makers THIS THING IS BEEFY! If you are looking for a labelmaker that can print labels for people with poor vision, this is the one for you. Printing on a max of 18mm tape provides some large labels, and with the versatility that the device has from a creative standpoint, its hard to beat the price to performance metric.
Complicated But Versatile Label Maker If you just want an easy to use label maker this P-Touch may not be for you. But once you get the hang of it, you can use this label maker to make unusual and even artistic labels. See my pic. You can even bar code with this product so you can do inventory with a bar scanner. This is a very versatile label maker.
