One minor hiccup! I absolutely love this product! I had purchased one for work (after a competitor product's automatic cutting failed), and decided to order one for my home realizing it's many uses. It is easy to swap out the cartridges. The cutting tool is manual and bit dated, but just like with too much automation sometimes, mores stuff to fail. Brother Label Maker. I love this label maker and I use it constantly. It works like a champ and I have had it for a while now. There are so many features to this model, I have yet to discover everything it can do. I label all my storage bins and I label blank jars for the refrigerator.
Excellent quality and easy to use. This is a great label maker. It prints fast and with excellent quality. It is easy to use. I have printed all sorts of labels and haven't even looked at the instruction manual yet. You can vary the font and font size. It comes with white tape. I bought an extra cartridge of clear tape because I like that look better on electronics (I label my laptops, iPads, etc., with my information and date purchased). I like that I can plug it in and not worry about batteries.

Five Stars Perfect, almost.
Should have done this a long time ago! Works as stated in the Ad. The only problem, (I knew this beforehand) was the extremely difficult to read output screen. You have to hold it just right to read it. Other than that, works perfectly. Read the instructions, that helps even more. I've been using it for labeling the numerous hard drives I have.
