Updated review - Manufacturer replaced defective label printer Update Sept. 2020: Although it's been a while since I wrote my original 1 star review, it's worth updating based on the manufacturer's handling. Brother sent me a replacement unit under warranty. The replacement has been working fine, and I've printed hundreds of labels ever since. I probably just ended up with a lemon initially. Five Stars Love it!!!! Use it all the time and the replacement ribbons/tapes are not that expensive
I like it, but I'm so sad because I found ... I like it, but I'm so sad because I found cheaper seller than Amazon after shipped. But this label printer is really good. I used to make the nametags for our church's sound cables and sound systems. It really easy to use! And the label looks nice. It has many fonts and templates. I satisfied with it.
