Had a problem where all labels were getting stuck inside ... Had a problem where all labels were getting stuck inside the unit. Support was not helpful. Found a small plastic bit on where the labels come out that they were getting stuck on. I shaved that off and problem was solved.

Heavy duty case. It is a lot of case for such a small label maker, but it works great and will keep it in great shape if you travel with it a lot. Worked great with my Mac, was able to add small graphics to my labels.
Good Labeller Perfect for what I needed and works as expected. Included storage case is a nice bonus.
