brother label machines are great been using label makers by brother for years upgraded previous model, label prices came down and generics are not available

poor engineering on power plug So far I like it but I haven't had it very long and haven't used it very much I do NOT like the design of the plug - that was for their convenience, not ours.... just a warning, if you use it with a surge protector, it'll block a couple of the other positions, for some reason the plug is turned 90 degrees for what you would expect - only saving grace is it appears to be reversable (both plugs same size)
