SW is easy to install and hookup is simple Produces quality labels quickly. SW is easy to install and hookup is simple. I opted for the USB version. Much cheaper and there is no real advantage to wireless. You're not going to be printing to this machine remotely as you will need to see how the label turned out. Great label maker, especially if you want portable and a PC interface. I really like this label maker. I use batteries to power and like that fact that I can use it without needing to plug into an outlet. Very quick and easy to setup and use.
