Lots of control over the print size etc. Lots of label choices. Great product. I had an old version that wouldn't connect to a computer and when it died, I wanted another one and the black friday price was great! Would buy again!

Three Stars need better software ...
Easy to use software. Large variety of label types. Easy to use software. Greatest variety of label types I've seen; two lines, cable labels. Uses a variety of tape widths. Like most label makers, it wastes a bit of tape at the beginning.
Love it, love it, love it. My new favorite toy! Yes, the pre-label cut is frustrating, but by using the database/spreadsheet feature you can batch labels and reduce the waste. I find the software very comprehensive and easy to use, and so far have not had a requirement the software couldn't accommodate. So far the labels have been durable even outside, and completely meet my needs.

UI IS NOT GREAT FOR A MAC. Not the easiest to use. UI is not great for a Mac.
Useful accessory. Easy to use and reliable but buying label tapes gets expensive like ink-jet cartridges for a printer.
