Excellent customer service. Satisfied with work done. All my questions answered and people are knowledgeable. Waiting area is people friendly and comfortable and they provide you snacks! Service from Javair was excellent. He answered all my questions and informed me of recall on BlueLink that was corrected. Had appointment for 16,000 maintenance and was checked in quickly. My third time at Puente Hills Hyundai and so far very satisfied with them.

had some miscomunication getting the service booked, but onced booked it went well. waiting room was clean and excellent for getting work done while waiting. Vending machines and free premium coffee helped a lot since there are no eateries nearby
I had an appointment and for an update and still waiting 2 hours for the service that was only supposed to be 1/2.
