I dealt with Tino and he is the man , I dealt with him before with hard concerning questions about my car and we answered every single one . I have been going with him for five years now and he’s the only reason why I go there

The entire Puente Hills Team made us feel so welcomed. It was a great car buying experience.
My car was ready when promised, although the wait time was somewhat longer than I expected. Overall good customer service. One thing I did not like was the bombardment of text messages and emails reminding me that my car was overdue for service and then again reminding me of the appointment date and time. A little less would be better.
I highly recommend the Puente Hills Hyundai dealerships. It is the best dealer in town

I was not expecting such a smooth and enjoyable experience the day I called Puente Hills Hyundai! Nicole, Edgar and Hanzel were great to work with and I didn’t feel pressured in any way. I do wish there was more transparency when going over the itemization/add-ons within my lease, but overall I was pleased with the process and my monthly payments - as they are in line with what the website advertised.
