Ray Alvarez did an excellent job of working with us through the initial call, pricing discussions, test drive, and final lease approval. We was very careful to review all of the lease forms with us and had the car we had selected on-line ready for us when we came to the dealership for a final test drive and then document signings.
The gentleman at service desk was helpful, kind, and polite. The waiting area was very nice.
