I came in for a standard recall repair on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. I ended up asking about a few other issues and Jae said he'd get it looked at for me. He promptly messaged me through the Hyundai dealership SMS system and gave updates throughout the whole process. I can't imagine how annoying it must have been for him to call and submit claims back and forth to figure out all the issues with my car that were covered by my extended warranty. My dealer visit was due to several factory recalls notices. My appointment was made 2 weeks in advance. Despite that, the dealer did not have all the parts required for the recall repairs. I am waiting for notification to bring the car back a second time.
Large, clean, dealership with kind respectful staff . Almost a good amount of new cars to choose
Service Mgr had excellent follow up but nobody else did. They arranged for a loaner to their credit. But on 3 different occasions I was promised something that didn’t happen. Techs kept focusing on the battery instead of the solar issue. I have no idea if my issue is resolved
The tire pressure were not checked. I had the low tire pressure warning light the same day after I picked up the car. They were all about 8-10 psi low
