It's funny on how the contrast is between this website's reviews compared to Yelp. Though Yelp has its issues, I tend to agree more with what is posted there than elsewhere (Google, 3rd party websites such as this). Yelp is a bit more honest and the reviews almost seem filtered (read: negative reviews more likely to be posted). Yelp has this place at 3.3 while this place has it close to 5. What was a routine oil change a service for a car bought 3 months prior; turned into having to leave our car overnight for an issue we didn't have prior to the visit, and after taking the car to another dealership, it was apparent the reason it was left to begin with was not fixed.

i wouldnt recommend puente hills hyundai. car was delivered to me with a damaged side mirror.
I’m very disappointed with my Hyundai service department when I call for appointment I never get a call back. I been going through this constantly. And if I do call to make appointment for any Oil change it always takes 3 hours for waiting. I live 30 miles away from my Dealership. And I’m still waiting for a call back now from my Dealership.
The service experience has been quite poor. I bought a brand new car just last month, and due to issues with wrinkled seats and a detached glass door seal, I've already been to the service department three times. The first time, they inspected the car and told me I had to wait for the parts to be ordered. The second time, the parts had arrived, so I brought the car in for repairs. The person who helped me got confused and wanted me to pay for another car's service. I told him several times that he was confusing me, and he still kept telling me to please come pay because my car was ready. I was just getting to my appointment for an oil change.
Traveled all the way up from San Diego on a train and uber to get this car, confirmed a dozen times that I had reserved it and it would be there the next day. Asked if I could put some money to hold the car was told that was necessary and get there the next morning and find out they had sold the car the night before and didn’t inform me until I traveled 2.5 hours to get there.
