I don’t recommend buying a used car from this dealership! I was lied to
They need to be more knowledgeable on their vehicle trims. They sold me a car under the impression that I had three years of Bluelink assistance. When I got home and called to register the Bluelink they notified me that my car was not even equipped with the Bluelink service after waiting an hour on the phone.
When I when for my appointment nobody new anything about it even though I showed my email that it was sent to me
Service is focused only on selling and getting your money rather than admit there’s an issue with the car.
Jonathan was very well informed and nice. Fred is also very honest and respectful. I was just upset that I had to drive the car all the way back to puente hills on my birthday (and my only off day) for something that should have already been done before I took the car out of the dealership on the purchase date. It was a major inconvenience and I lost my minimal time to celebrate a supposedly special day for me.
very disappointed here. promised a car wash in the service agreement, never got it. the service advisor mumbled so badly i had to ask him to repeat himself and really wanted a different advisor who could speak clearly. lounge area was nice but no bottled water even? just an empty fridge? every other dealership i know has this basic need, particularly if you are marooned there for more than three hours. in the old days they would serve hot dogs and popcorn even. no computer terminals either, also removed. then when car was su... read more
I went for my oil changed on avehicle I bought there last year, I. Got there by 8:30. My appointment was at 9. Told me it will be be ready in 2 hour, I went to check 2+ hours after and was told they just got the filter, ??? What happened in 2 hours, they said in will be ready in 30 min. Long story short I was there until 1:30 more that 4 hours waiting for an oil changed that I scheduled ahead of time. No the best experience here
I almost lost my last free oil change because of the incompetence of your employee
